Lovely Place

I really appreciated how clean everything was. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. The breakfast options were great as well. I will definitely be staying here again!

It was incredible, I would stay at the hotel again.

I liked the decorations they had for Halloween, the hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel room was the way it was described, the location was near an In-n-Out, like walking distance, it was amazing.

There wasn't much that I didn't like, the only downside of the hotel was the elevator, it took a bit too long, and it seemed to be the only one. Since it was the only hotel, sometimes it could get cramped.

Attentive and willing to solve any and all issues.

I appreciated that the staff were very attentive with my issues when dealing with our room keys, not being able to open the door correctly. It was not so much the room key it was the door lock itself was the issue and after two trial and errors the real issue came up being the door lock needed new batteries.

Everything was great to mine and my familes standards.

Great Stay. Unexpectedly the the best hotel in my 3-week-long stay at the west coast. Great Staff!

Comfortable and clean

Breakfast was great, hot, lots of choices, well stocked, no lines. Room was modern and clean. Super long desk unit all the way across wall provided lots of space for all luggage.

Room was fine except for big rip on ceiling where drywall was cracked open the entire length of the room. Was uneasy that something might fall through onto the bed. Window heater was very noisy and not easy to keep temp regulated. Turning it on it just stayed on so we had to turn it off.

Great place but staff could be more accommodating

The place was clean, great breakfast and good amenities.

The staff didn't help with medicine purchase late at night, even when the medicine needed was right there. There was some issue with the system and the staff wasn't accommodating enough to put it on the room tab. Had to go out to get the medicine.
