The pool was a hit and I imagine that is why it gets such a big attraction.The staff is super friendly and helpful!

I had food and trash in the fridge from a previous person staying in the room. The floor had stains which I could not walk around without shoes.

loud, they never had pool towels, pounding on the floor till 4 am. I hardly slept on my “relaxing weekend”

The life guard at the pool was having a rough day. She was allowing all children on the water slide even the ones that were wearing life jackets. She was super polite until she was accidently sprayed during a water fight at that point she yelled at the children responsible telling them she’d remove them from the pool. The she cried and milked it after that the next day she took the key to the water slide and the kids almost didn’t get to use it. They lost over an hour of time on it.

we stay here all the time and it’s amazing but this time I think they were a little short staffed and the slide was closed even during open hours it was a huge let down for my daughters birthday.

The pool is great, breakfast was wonderful, staff was PHENOMENAL!!!

Loved the breakfast and water park.

The soap dispenser was empty and broken off the wall in the shower. Also, location was hard to notice next to the construction site. (Alrhough, that can't be helped)

I really enjoyed how comfortable the bed was, that and the pillows.

I signed up for a smoking room and it was not a smoking room so that was a huge disappointment since I have to smoke my medicine thats legal. People were not respecting the quiet time rule. The shower curtain was not long enough and we had to use an extra towel as a mat or the people below probably would’ve started to get water dripping on them with the amount of water leaving the shower.

The water and fins was fun!

our key cards wouldn’t work. had to be replaced like 3 times.

Well, the tile floor was sticky, it was garbage Al over in around the area of the hotel, the bed literally had like this big holes in the middle and I am not a heavy person. It should not felt that way. I am not sure why but the room was awful. The people were good and friendly Nd the breakfast was nice. The location was a bit scary but it is some construction I understand but the garbage was unacceptable

Towel pools never stocked, life gaurd hours too short especially when the pool slide was the main reason we booked the rooms their, crumbs on couch , bed comforter stained.
