Holiday Inn Express West Valley City by IHG

Clean surroundings, room and bathroom exceptionally clean.

Coming from out of town, it was very difficult for us to find the property. Not familiar with the area and it took us about an hour to finally locate it. We had stayed at the Country Inn And Suites several years ago and thought from the Decker address, that the address of Holiday Inn express was located closer to that property. Slot of changes in the area since our last visit. Need another sign retro thst is more visible to find one looking for your property. The one on the building is not easy to see when you are the driver!!!!!

The bed and pillows were amazing.

The way the staff acted when I tried to check in at 2 pm, which I had messaged ahead weeks in advance to confirm. They were very rude and we couldn't check in for another hour. Also, I feel that the staff should place people on floors, or next to, other guests of the same family dynamic. My husband and I were woken up at 6 am by screaming children running up and down the hallways. Maybe put families with young children on the bottom floor? The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. Maybe just some staff retraining when it comes to customer service.
