Omar at the front desk was very nice. The gal in charge of breakfast was also terrific.
It's a little bit dated, due for an overhaul, I would think, especially for an IHG property.

Everything was great ,the room was clean ,bathroom was clean , staff was pleasant .
The Pool was dirty and they had no plans of cleaning it , even the pool in my community gets cleaned everyday because that’s how it should be , so don’t advertise facilities that literally not available.

Good parking, quiet location , clean, plenty of outlets and charging areas, comfortable beds and pillows, snacks available (for a price), breakfast available ( for a price),
Leaky toilet, shower curtain not long enough to keep water from flooding floor, breakfast food too salty and the same food is on the buffet day after day, some bakery items like bread and bagels were stale, but there was enough to choose from

Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and courteous.
A little shabby.
The wall paper and molding in room need attention. The pool was unappealing. The elevator wasn’t working well. The one laundry facility seemed wonky, I skipped using it as there was someone else trying to use the one machine. My coffee machine wasn’t working.
