The check in employee in the morning was amazing. The shuttle never showed up for my 4am shuttle to Amtrak so this male employee drove me to Depew station so I wouldn’t miss the train!! God Bless him. Very sweet gentleman.

Extremely polite staff at breakfast, she kept everything stocked nicely. Check in was quick and easy. The pool and hot tub were clean and comfortable. The room was cozy! I will return.

The location
The lady at front desk was rude when we walked in. Also the internet connection cut off for couple of minutes on Sunday afternoon when we arrived, when we called front desk to address, she told us she doesn't know it happened. We asked if it was frequent that the wifi cut off often as I will be working Monday morning, she said to go look for another place to work if it happens again. Very rude
Breakfast wasnt that good too. Ended up going out on 2 out of 3 days to buy breakfast.

Ms Annie was very nice to us and went above and beyond her way to ensure the meal served was want the visitors wanted and prepared to their liking. she is to be commended.
the front desk staff does not acknowledge their guest as they walk through the lobby. the manager did nothing when my husband advised her the room was and the facility was unclean.

The bathroom was moldy and smelled musty. We had to keep the door closed.

Breakfast was the highlight of the stay, the location was great as well. Staff was fine, met all expectations.
The room was nice size but felt well used. Our feet and the baby's knees / feet were dirty from the floor. There wasn't crumbs, visible dust or anything it just needs a deep carpet cleaning. Additionally our bed sheets were ripping in many spots or the stitching was pulled. It was all clean but just so well used it was unnerving.

I had somehow accidentally booked a different Holiday Inn Express about 8 minutes from Anderson Ave. However, since we were with a group who was staying at the hotel, they went above & beyond & switched the reservation to the Anderson Ave location for the same price. And they called the other one to cancel the reservation. The staff was excellent! 9

I liked that it was pet friendly
The thing that I didn’t like was that housekeeping was not an automatic. Because we had our pet with us we couldn’t exactly just let the staff walk in. We took said pet out but they still didn’t clean the room and when asked were told we had to ask for the room to be cleaned! Womp womp! Needless to say we had to get our towels from the front desk!
