The beds in the room were very uncomfortable and soft. I had backache. Sleeping in those beds with the condition was a nightmare

I liked the location, and the staff were friendly and helpful
The cleanliness can be improved, elevators had an unpleasant smell, and the rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. There was hair in the bathroom, the tub and sink could have been cleaner.

It was peaceful and quiet and the ac in the room was top notch

Location is great. Staff was great.
The room and bathroom need upgrading. They really need work. The lobby, bar, pool seem updated. The room is pretty bad — needs painting and refreshing. Comforter had spots on it. Bathroom needs better space for make-up and toiletries.
