The front desk staff was fine. The woman and man who worked the restaurant bar were very helpful and accommodating.
I stayed at the hotel because of an open school night at my high school. My room 122 was fine but the beds were very uncomfortable. They felt like hard slabs. I have stayed at the hotel before and did not have this problem. I just feel that for the price, the beds should be exceptional. I also left early so the breakfast that I payed to include in the stay was forfeit.
