The hotel needs to be revamped or the price lowered. It is tired, worn down yet expensive.

Es war die 17te Übernachtung in dem Hotel. In den vergangenen Jaghren habe ich drei Um- und Ausbauten des Hotels erlebt. Die Renovierungen haben sich aber nicht auf die Zimmer ausgewirkt.

Zu meiner Verwunderung mußte ich 15,--$ Parkgebühren entrichten. Bei der Buchung habe ich das nicht erfahren. Bei Aufenthalten im nächsten Jahr werde ich in Hotels in der unmittelbaren Umgebung absteigen. Die Hotels erheben keine Parkgebühren.

Was een feestje op de negende in de bar. Wij konden meegenieten op onze kamer op de achtste verdieping. We kwamen een handdoek tekort, zou niet nodig zijn deze bij receptie te moeten halen. Gedateerd. Kastje koelkast kapot waardoor je hier ‘s nachts tegenaan liep.

There wasn’t anything good about my stay at this hotel

The room smelled like mildew and the bedding smelled like fumes it gave me a migraine that’s how bad and strong the smell was in the room and the bedding. Went to front desk they sent someone to spray the room did no justice. They need to shut this location down or do some remodeling. I will never stay at this location again and will be skeptical about staying at any of IHG properties if the properties are anything like this location. I don’t know what they use to wash their bedding but I was very furious with the smell of the bedding.

we only stayed for a few hours since we had a late flight and had an early cruise time however they were wonderful! Helped us get to the Port of Miami for our cruise without any headache! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are cruising!
