Staff was exceptionally nice. Appreciate good customer service and it was great . They helped us greatly

There was nothing that i did not like. But i don't think the room we had was handicap Accessible and that is what i made reservations for.

First of all the room didn't meet my expectations because I don't understand the money I paid for a room that didn't have a microwave an one tv and look someone stole the other very disappointed not look at tv in the bedroom really and the bathroom was nasty I cleaned it myself Please teach your employees Customer guidelines in cleaning and expectations and professional I really don't know if I want to come back my last room here was great what happened You teach a training class on cleaning up and cleaning the bathroom

great location

we were only left with half a roll of toilet paper for 2 days, and there was no shampoo in the dispenser in the shower. the TV was blaring when we first walked into the room and there was a hole in the top part of the closet door from where the entrance door hits.

The staff was awesome and provided great information. Especially with the business Uber that was so appreciated.

I didn't like my sheets were dirty and there was trash behind the dresser. I spoke with Housekeeping and Front Desk and it was addressed and they moved us to another room after our faucet in the shower broke off.

Room, clean, & bed

No ice when we arrived. Chilled complimentary water bottles would be nice

The staff was friendly and Veb was very helpful and professional with getting me checked in.
