I usually enjoy a good cup of coffee in the morning and afternoon, when I finally became settled, I tried to make a cup for myself only to find the coffee pot missing a piece of glass....The next morning I notified the front desk about the situation.....they did absolutely nothing about the situation, my stay was for 3 nights....probably will never stay at that location ever again. Thanks.

Upper floor and room smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that we had to request a change to a different room and floor.

The stay at the Sonesta is always a good stay. No complaints

Nice friendly staff. Felt safe.

Clean. Comfortable. My son loved it. We came from an absolute nightmare hotel that cost the same but this was great. No issues. Definitely plan on staying again.

Very good

Great room, quiet and the bed was way better than the one I sleep on in my own home. Forgot there was a kitchen. Wouldn't have went to QT. Windows actually open, but I didn't open them. Close to Lexus Box Garden. Commute was easy with very little traffic. 161 or 121 are within a few minutes. I recommend it.

In the laundry/gym there's a coffee machine. No sugar or creamer. No continental breakfast, but I was an hour from home. Just didn't want to drive on a Saturday night coming home from a gig at Legacy Hall.

The facility is nice, I love the snack gym laundry room, my room could have been better.

it was a convenient. The price was good.

The room I was in smelled. There were scent packs in the ac unit to cover up the smell. It was a musty or maybe even smoke smell

front lobby had a smell. the lady who checked me in had snot running from her nose onto the keyboard. the place had a smell on every floor. the elevator was very slow moving and hard stopping. the room was small and had no ac. bathroom was horrible full of bugs. bed had hair and crumbs on it. asked for a refund and the lady gave me a Pepsi. horrible place.

Free washer and dryer, room,, parking.

No breakfast, after I used their wifi I got phishing texts the next day. Entry way is single door wide, then immediate right then immediate left to get to front desk. Location was 25 minutes away from my church conference. I booked on price but didnt realize how far away it was.

Ok value.. Would have been a great value if not for the repugnant room smells

The location was nice. Outside the smell (see commentary on smell) it was very good value for the stay.

The room had a very STRONG SMELL of Dog hair, and urine. Smelt like a Dog Kernel in the room. Horrible! I stayed there for a number of days an every day smelt as bad. I did everything to get the place to smell better.. room freshner etc.. not sure. Must had had dogs pee on the carpet for long.. whatever the case.. Room was great. But the SMELL.. NOT GREAT!

LOVED OUR TIME HERE

Very nice & quiet location! Staff was great! Very friendly and helpful. The room was clean! Spacious suite and loved having a kitchen.

Could use some updating. More comfortable furniture in the living room area. Brighter lights in the bathroom.
