Everyone was so friendly, I loved the ambience of the hotel. The restaurant was delicious and I love that they have a little store on site. The trolley to universal studios was huge for us as we did not have a vehicle.

Its beautiful!!! Well groomed landscape.. The kids love pool night with a movie.. Beds are comfortable..Shuttle adds another level of amenities..

Wow stunning quirky hotel. Loved the Front Yard. Lovely courtyard ideal for drink, meal or just a chill. Great pool area. Trolly bus to universal a great added benefit. Premium room was very spacious. Loved our stay here.

It is marketed as a boutique hotel, ideal for stays with children but it is ordinary and has no activities or facilities for children. It does have a pool. Views from the room was the parking lot and it was noisy from street traffic, affecting quality of sleep. Pics of the rooms showed a children corner with bunk beds allowing for more privacy but to get those rooms you had to pay a supplement even though the hotel was already pretty expensive and parking was an additional hefty charge
