The staff was amazing. They met our every need
Walls were a bit thin, so people in the hall and nearby rooms were noticeable, but bearable

Toilet flooded the room. Didn’t know until the clerk came and knock on the door & asked us. & we went to see… & whewwwww 🤧🤧🤧🤧🤧😮💨😮💨😮💨
The smell. The bed is uncomfortable.

My check-in was disappointing, my room did not have a sofa as in the photos, I went back to the reception to ask to change it, but the transsexual at the reception was very rude and disrespectful. he had huge fingernails, this is unacceptable for a hotel reception. I will not return to this hotel again.

The location! Everything is close and the area is quiet.
The bed was a little firm and the elevator stopped working. Had to take our luggage down 3 flights of stairs.

This hotel houses state funded residents. The staff was not very helpful it that does not apply to all staff. The hotel has a bad smell and needs updating.
