I liked the property itself, and the stay itself was great. Very friendly staff.

I was charged twice for my stay. I have contacted Embassy Suites, and I have filed a claim with booking.com. Unfortunately, It has been 4 weeks since my stay, and I still have not gotten a resolution to this issue.

I paid for a double suite and got a king suite. No one told me at the front desk when checking in or did I receive an email before that. I paid the same amount for the king suite as I would for a double suite! I had reserve my room at the beginning of the month so there was plenty of time to let me know. Very disappointed and hotel was dirty, not due to the renovations, but just unclean. My family will not be staying there ever again. Very unprofessional. Pool was nasty as well

I was charged more than booking said. The booking website said taxes and fees included in price. I was charged $56.77 extra. The lady at the front desk said booking doesn’t know their fees and there was nothing she could do. Overall we had a great stay.

Not given a 2 room suite like I reserved and paid for. Lady at front desk was rude when I tried to talk to her about it. The facility was being remodeled but the area that was being used was not clean.

Not as many guests due to a remodel, extra quiet. Everything went great, breakfast was superior than most free breakfast. This hotel is like a resort in some ways.

This property surprised my wife and I! We didn’t expect it to be so nice because of the price and building construction.

The omelet was great, but the rest was not Hilton or Embassy Suites quality!

No a/c in common areas, no ability to adjust the thermostat in room, we were sweating and slept without even sheets! The hotel is being renovated but that shouldn't be reason to not keep standards. There wasn't even a discount! We stayed at the Embassy Suites on the Riverwalk in San Antonio, in June and it was up to standards. Also, I could barely walk after sleeping in the bed. The springs were quite painful! Very Disappointed!

The air conditioning is terrible! It was SO hot in our room! After reading reviews it seems to be a common complaint. Was charged $5 + tax a day to park in the parking lot! We drove 3 hours, where were we supposed to park?? The hotel apparently had flood/storm damage & is in the midst of major repairs, was not told this until day of arrival. Everything was roped off & smelled musty! Woke up at 7:30am to construction noise. Stains in the carpet, hotel is showing its age. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, we won't stay there again. Disappointed as I expected more from an Embassy Suites!

A couple of roaches were seen in our rooms during our stay. The roof was leaking badly and it was raining in the breakfast/reception area.

We were 7 minutes late to breakfast and they had turned off the lights and refused to let my son get a plate of food despite there being a buffet full of food sitting there. The clocks in our room were not correct so we thought breakfast was still being served

The air conditioner in our room was not working. It was extremely hot and stuffy in our room.

the rooms are always spacious, the kids enjoyed the pool area.

They gave away our room so there is nothing good to say.

Upon arrival we were informed that the room we had reserved was unavailable. Thank goodness the hotel next door had a room. I have traveled a lot and have never had this happen. It was very disappointing.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. It was nice to have a fitness center.

The property is older and in need of a renovation. All rooms open to the large, open lobby, so it is noisy. Charging $5 to park is ridiculous.

Breakfast is why we choose embassy suites.

The breakfast was great and Francisco made the best omelette with kindest smile! The downstairs sitting area was cozy and clean.

When we arrived the room was set to 85 degrees. we tried to turn the thermostat down but it wouldn’t work. we called the front desk requesting a new room to which we were told it was full. The maintenance guy came to look at it but wasn’t able to fix it. The solution was to bring a box fan. It remained hot the entire trip. Then during happy hour the fire alarms went off for no reason. The staff are kind but it did make the trip not as great with the room conditions. we chose to go home a night early but didn’t get a full refund from Bookong.com

The room was just fine - clean and neat. We were traveling with kids who were thrilled to get to swim. during an ice storm! And breakfast was excellent!!

The rooms and bathroom were dated.

The whole entire stay was great I have never been to any motel where you are treated like a king anything I ask of the staff they provided heck even to the point the maintenance guy went and got there box fan out of shop cas I needed on great service I will be back

The staff was VERY rude!! We actually didn't even end up staying. We arrived for check in for our reservation made with Booking. I had reserved a suite for my daughter's 10th birthday. The lady at the desk just had a terrible attitude as soon as we walked in the door. She tried charging a higher price than the amount given during reservation confirmation. When I asked why the amount was different, she said because of a price increase, I don't know what to tell you. Before we even walked out the door, she was talking bad about us to her coworker. The hotel looked decent (exterior and lobby). I would not recommend it just based on customer service.
