Breakfasts was very poor being honest but I understand that it is a fair price.

Not enough food very little opt

the bed was comfortable maybe one of the best

phone did't work wifi was hard to connect to

The people were very pleasant and were eager to help.

Everything was good I especially like the central location close to everything.

The hotel had parking available which was useful. The check in process was alright and we had to pay a deposit upfront using the Ramada system.we had few people taking refunds after staying in this hotel when we were checking in but we still trusted that we will get a decent room for our stay..

The bed was broken with a metal rod protruding from the frame of the bed. Carpets were so untidy, dirty and unhygienic to say the least. I hurt my leg twice due to the protruding metal piece from the bed while we stayed.The bed linen was not clean. The gym was not working as it was closed due to repairs & the swimming pool was also closed for works unknown that wasn’t informed in the advt. The manager on shift in the morning during check out was not prepared to address any of our concerns and was not prepared to give a check out receipt. We needed proof for the deposit that was paid as the deposit was charged twice on our card..The manager was very rude and was not ready to even give a basic print out for the deposit paid.
