Location. Nice size room. King bed.
Pillows. Flat. Shade in room was oddly confusing to operate. Tissues were on the last few in the box. No place on bathroom to place things….although that could have been purposeful.

The staff was super helpful. We especially liked the breakfast and the lady in charge there.
The young man who helped us access the Internet was patient and knowledgeable.
Noise in our room from nearby flushing toilets. Noise from the ice machine in the hall.

The shower flooded and it was far from the elevator

Central location. Ok facility.
The cost was too high for the quality level of the facility as a whole.
