Positiva la posizione, la stanza, confortevole. La porta non era delle migliori, per garantire una chiusura agevole.

Location was great, staff was helpful

Breakfast is less than average, no varieties. This is my 2nd time in 3 years, and coincidentally I was in the same room, the locker of the restroom was still not fixed.

I booked for 2 bedrooms, the other room was in another building, I booked it at the same time so I was expecting that it will be side by side or across our room or at least the same building. Good thing we were all adults. The server during breakfast only speaks Spanish, for a business specializing in hospitality staff should be expected to speak basic English. I am not in Cuba or Mexico. I know it is Miami with more latin speaking people but it is also a safety concerns. They should be expected to speak basic English, we are still in the USA. Parking was not mentioned when you are booking, it should be mentioned that as a guest it's parking on the street or where ever there is a vacant spot for parkmobile. And lastly, toilet water pressure was not good. I have to wait at least 10 minutes to make sure it flushes. It's embarrassing if you havr a blow out and somebody has to use it right away.
