The lady at the front desk displayed the perfect example of what customer service should be. She was very polite and personable. I wish I remembered her name but its been almost a month since we stayed there. Anyways, she was great! Also, the breakfast was pretty good.

For the most part it was clean and very comfortable beds.

Very poor planning for breakfast so many things were gone within an hour. The staff was very rude when we had to ask for anything. We booked a room for 4 people, but the room was set up for 2. The staff acted like we were asking for unreasonable accommodations when we asked for more towels.
