I really loved the staff when I first got there. They were so sweet and helpful. I loved the comfort and cleanliness of the room. I loved the hot tub and the pool also the access to the beach as well. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I loved the breakfast buffet. It was so appetizing. Alot to choose from. I loved the bottled water you get as well.
There was not anything I did not like at this hotel.

Staff was great!!! They tried to handle the issues and as I said the staff did a good job.
1. We asked for a king bed but we got two double beds.
2. Humidity in the room was out of control, everything was wet and the room was hot.
They did find a dehumidifier and I also bought one which both ran for 4 days straight but the room dried out.
3. Housekeeping asked if we wanted our room cleaned and we replied yes, but they never cleaned our room.
