Always a pleasure to stay here! The staff is amazing! They always have a little something for my kid! The breakfast is nice (nothing special though), the rooms are big and there's a full kitchen too! Perfect for families! The pool is always a nice temperature too!

My only negative comment would be the cleanness of the pool. It is always busy, so probably that's why, but we always find hair in the water!

our suite was plagued with an ant infestation kitchen not fully stocked with proper glasses plates and silverware price has increased considerably since our first stay

The room had just enough to accommodate what we needed.

Loved getting a phone call after we got to our room just to check on us and see if we needed anything. That was very nice. Loved the juice and fruit available in lobby.

All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and open long hours.Free breakfast, best eggs.Rooms well equipped with everything you would need. Ice maker in room .

No designated game room/ arcade or kids center. Did have a ping pong table.

I thought they have a hot tub, but they do not. I believe there are still photos online of the hot tub, which might be why I was mistaken.

Our key didn't work for the pool, went got key reloaded still didn't work so we just went back to room.

The pool and breakfast buffet was good.

There was no hot water in the shower, but we did not report it.

Ms bre was amazing. She empathized my frustrations. She made a note of all my complaints. She was nice and never rude.

No hot water in my room for 7 days I had to beg for clean towels for my cold shower. I requested a pack n play 2 weeks before my arrival and when I checked in. I didn't receive it until my 6th day there. The housekeepers were very rude. I couldn't rest properly knowing that I wasted hundreds of dollars for 7 days here.
