Gen Manager was nice

Room was not done until well after check in, rude check in staff, check in staff said there were no more rooms and said we couldnt upgrade upon request, the Gen Manager came over and granted us the upgrade, both elevators broken, we were on 4th floor, we got stuck in a broken elevator, the pool was dirty

Breakfast was 10/10 very Good. Pool and jacuzzi was 10/10. Location was 10/10 a lot of stores and a lot to eat. Very clean 🙌🏻

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, good location for restaurants and shops.

Only two lifts and one was out of order and that took a long time to arrive. When switching water from bath to shower only half the water changed to shower mode. I reported this to reception and they are awaiting parts to repair. Further out of town than expected.

Easy location for Portsmouth. Good breakfast but get there early as not everything replenished. Coffee and water available in the lobby. Bed comfortable and room had plenty of space. Nice pool.

The room was nice and the whole facility was nice and clean. We enjoyed the indoor pool as well.

It was a bit tricky to get to the hotel but we managed.

The hotel is pretty new and fresh-looking. Everyone was really friendly and the pool was lovely.
