Excellent location next to the convention center and to several major roads. The breakfast was also good value for money.

We were told we could get the receipt in my wife's name (for expense reporting), but didn't get one at checkout. We called a few days later and the hotel refused to provide it, blaming Booking.com (I made the reservation). Only time we have had this problem so hotel staff are definitely not helpful or capable of making things right. We will not be staying here again.

the location. the rooms were fine except no usb plugs for phone. loved the hallway carpeting - very cheerful. the breakfast was delicious. the main waitress was wonderful but had too many responsibilities to service the table in a reasonable amount of time.

the reception person was not always at the desk. there was only one waiter, who was doing everything - even bussed most tables. the hostess was ridiculous. we asked for silverware for two and they brought one set and had to get another which took awhile.

I think this property is haunted.

Room was very musty smelling and they need to upgrade the facility.If your charging 4*rates the facility should reflect that

We visit St. George frequently & usually stay here. It is a Nice, clean place. The on-site restaurant is quite good.

while I can understand paying extra for a made to order omelette for breakfast, I think it is ridiculous that an additional $5 is charged for a continental breakfast. it’s literally cold cereal and yogurt, it could (and should) be included in the price of the room.
