The thing that was a little disappointing is the laundromat need more and should be free of use to anyone staying

I had a fantastic experience staying at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Durham! The location was super convenient and centralized to everything I needed to do, and the entire property was clean and well-maintained. On top of that, every staff member was exceptionally nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm back in Durham!
The only downside to my stay was that breakfast was not included in the room rate. Free breakfast is usually one of my primary criteria when choosing a hotel because I am big on breakfast and love starting my day with it. Having to pay extra for breakfast was disappointing, as I feel it should be complimentary for guests. Other than that one detail, I really have nothing negative to say about my stay—everything else was great!

Nice, modern and clean rooms. Fast checkin, friendly staff.
I had no complaints about the property itself. My only issue was the sink in the bathroom was slow to drain, otherwise everything else was great.

The staffwas,very nice
They were ants in the bathroom and on the night stand, one got in the bed from cellphone plugged while I was laying in my bed I had to jump up and kill it , i reported it to a guy that brought up a extra rolling bed that night
