The staff was incredibly, especially Trilicty (if I spelled it right) she was doing several jobs and did everything to make our stay incredibly we will be staying at this hotel again. We make three or four trips to Tenneesse each year. This is great for a half way stop.

The front desk gal was amazing, she was so busy checking rooms but she still made us feel welcome and happy to be there. We felt so comfortable and had a great time.
That we had to leave!!

Mattress needs replaced. Rude awakening to not have a Coffee maker in the room! I've never had that happen before.
