Staybridge Suites North Charleston by IHG

Beds were comfy and the place felt very clean.

Rooms a a bit dated; furniture is old and kitchens need modernizing.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped.

One way in, one way out and the road flooded trapping us in and altering our vacation plans. There needs to be a contengency egress in case of an emergency.

We had a wonderful stay at Staybridge Suites North Charleston and would happily stay here again! A special thank you to Jayla and Kiara at the reception desk, who were absolutely amazing — warm, helpful and professional throughout our stay. We arrived at about 2:30 a.m. due to flight delays, and Mrs. Linda was there to welcome us and get us checked in, which we really appreciated after such a long journey. The rooms were very nice, spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved having a well-equipped kitchen. There were enough utensils and everything we needed to prepare proper family meals, which made our stay so much more convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located and not too far from the airport. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the hospitality made the experience even better. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome! We look forward to staying here again.

Nothing

The location was quick and easy to access, the room was very spacious, the kitchen had everything we needed, the pantry had everything we needed last minute, breakfast was wonderful! The variety was fantastic! I loved the free laundry facilities. Only one dryer was working during our stay but it was free (Tide pods available for purchase very inexpensively in the pantry shop by the front desk). Purchasing items in the pantry was super easy with self service. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful! Especially Jesus! He showed us his favorite restaurants on the map. We had a great time!

Dryer not working but honestly, everything else was so good that it’s not a big deal.
