We stayed here overnight to catch an early flight out of CLT. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Property was ok. We got there late because of flight cancelled. We slept late based on breakfast documented schedule,

We couldn't get a breakfast even though we met the documented time. There was no food. We let them know and after checking it out the waiter came back and confirmed that he had been told to start taking away the food 30+ minutes before the posted time. Nothing could be done. No breakfast.

would definitely stay here again, good motel for the price and location.

The motel was in a good location to Arena, clean, had a restaurant, had snack machines, pool, ice, the room was very nice and clean. The room had DOVE body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in nice hard bottles on the wall. We had plenty of towels, beds slept good.

Only issue I had was I booked thru booking.com, they charged me 2 weeks before my stay. Then when I got to motel the motel had no proof of payment, so I had to pay again and then deal with booking.com when I got back. I had to pay b/c the area was sold out and so was this motel.

Needed an overnight place due to delayed flight and was able to book seamlessly and get some sleep!

We had left early for our flight and is was delayed again. The staff let us come back for a late checkout so we could rest and not be at the airport all day.

Breakfast buffet was a bit pricey but very good. Without Google GPS it would have been hard to find hotel. Closest gate was closed and signs weren't too visible.

Great location to get to and from the airport. Quick shuttle service.

The breakfast was subpar and unpleasant, undrinkable tea and coffee. Staff was unorganized and confusing about the breakfast. I recommend not to book breakfast.

Glad I had a bed!!

I didn’t really want a full breakfast but on the weekend the $14.99 buffet was only available.

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work, the alarm clock was broken and the heat clinked every minute all night, BUT the beds were very comfortable and it was better than spending the night in the airport.
