The room was clean, the bathroom was nice and bright. The bed was good. Breakfast times were good. Accessibility was fine. Room equipment was overall fine.
plastic cutlery and dishes for breakfast, all single use creating huge amounts of waste.
The breakfast offering was ok but a bit more variation would be better, e.g. at least difference cereals and jams.
The rooms are badly protected against noise from the hall and the neighbouring rooms. At night, it was very noisy, I never had such a noisy experience in any hotel I stayed.
