Excellent breakfast Staff is really amazing

Room was clean, no grime,, but needed a “ deep cleaning “ some dust zones around windows and patio doors,

Our room was spacious and we have enjoyed staying in this hotel previously.

We had some issues during this stay that we haven’t had before. The pool was dirty both of the days we used it. At the very least, it needed a major skimming. And there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we opened it to use it. It made me wonder how well cleaned the rest of the room was. Also, the breakfast was not as plentiful as it has been on previous trips. We have always enjoyed our stays here, but it may be time to try someplace else.😞

we was in line for check in and only one person working, people coming in and don’t respect the line and attendance cover then almost right away took me 45 minutes to check in at 6 pm on Sunday

They didn’t have any towels at the pool, when we asked For towels it took Very long for Them to Bring them. The service wasn’t good at the breakfast, many things were “finished”

The staff were very nice, the breakfast was good, and the hotel was clean. I have stayed here many times and it's a very comfortable hotel overall.

I hate their coffee pot - it spills all over and I would prefer a Keurig so I could buy coffee I like and not have a mess. The bed in my room was older and not as comfortable as I would have liked.

Beautiful property! Pool area had a resort feel to it. Staff was very friendly and went out of their way to assist us. Even had bottles of wine available to purchase in their snack area!

This is a great hotel for people on a budget. The breakfast was very good. Wednesdays have free dinner consisting of pasta. We did not eat dinner at the hotel, but many families were dining there. The suite was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

We booked that hotel for the pool; they closed it without warning. When asked about it, the staff was rude and could not provide any details at all; we got conflicting story from different staff, it was hard to figure out what was true and what was a lie. Management made no attempt to offer compensation for the loss of this major ammenity

VERY disappointed in the state of the property and especially for the cost. I have stayed at Homewood Suites before and found it great for cleanliness and value. For paying almost $300 per night this property was definitely not worth the cost.
