The best thing was the women staff where I checked in and out. I asked them for help with a few things (WiFi) and they were so kind and gracious every time. Loved the security staff. Made me feel safe.
The tv was difficult to operate.

The location was very close and easy to get to my appointment with Dr. Mark Gacek, ENT. I enjoyed the breakfast but had trouble with the waffle maker, lol. A very nice employee noticed and help me. This was embarrassing but I am very happy she helped me. She then got a tray so I could take my breakfast back to my room. We took our dog with us and received very accurate instructions on what was expected. The check in desk made me feel at home and I have already book another night next week for another appointment.
I honestly can not think of anything that could be better. Helpful staff, clean room and awesome breakfast. Would not change a thing.
