The staff were very friendly and accommodating to anything in our party asked for
The only thing and this a major issue was the elevator was broken and they put my cousins their elderly mother and my sister on the 3rd floor my cousin and sister have disability issues walking. They had to have a staff member carry my cousins mother upstairs then and only then they moved her to the first floor. They told my cousins and sister they didn’t have anything on the first floor but in reality they were holding rooms for atour bus of elderly people also. I thought that it was first come can get a first floor room at least that’s what was told to my sister

Close to Main Street
Elevators were not working. That should be noted when making reservations. My husband had double knee replacement and we have pets. Could not get first floor. AC wasn’t working and had to be replaced. Noise from main road was VERY loud. Rugs were wrinkled and a tripping hazard.
