Good location.
Room’s A/C not cooling, the room was 78 degrees and hot. Flying cockroach on the curtains was horrible!

The staff member who helped me upon checking in was rude as hell. She had no shame in it. She told me I would get a better price booking on line as I did in the lobby area and it was the same price. A waist of time. Everything else about my stay was wonderful. My husband did his dialysis treatment overnight in the room. The room was very clean, I enjoyed the room.

Breakfast buffet ran out of almost all food the first morning we went due to allowing to-go boxes. Did not replenish for 30 min at which time we had to leave.

Location was slightly outside Tallahassee (but we knew this), but luckily there are several good bars and restaurants within easy walking distance (should you not want to use the hotel restaurant). Hotel was very clean and well looked after, and so was our room.

The pool and jacuzzi was clean , at exactly 10:08 the tall gentleman made us leave the pool ( but it closed at 10 anyway) But it was clean and they even have grills etc setup for use
More pillows and toothpaste would of been great ...

Breakfast was great value. Location was good. Room was large and bathroom was very spacious and modern.

The room was fantastic. Very clean and nice
The free breakfast. We didn't get any food. Huge family came in with to go containers and took all the hot food. There was 6 of us behind them that didn't get food. Waited 15 minutes and the kitchen never brought out any food

Saturday I showered WITHOUT soap or shampoo because it hasn't been recognized or refilled prior to my arrival.
My Keurig in room didn't work the entire stay.
Saturday water was turned off in the entire hotel without a call or note to guests to give warning. I was unable to wash my hands, brush my teeth or use the restroom. This is UNACCEPTABLE.
I mentioned all of the above at check out & wasn't offered any sort of compensation. Disappointed in the customer service.
