Unfortunately, we were unable to get any decent sleep

Breakfast was not included, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where breakfast was not included. Also, the kids in the room next to us, and above us were yelling and screaming and running and jumping till after 10 PM and we needed to wake up at 4 AM, where were these kids parents? Unfortunately, we were not able to sleep well.

I think a continental breakfast should have been included, that’s pretty basic food. The rude people above us, and next to us, some people need to get some sleep.

Exceptional

I really enjoyed the duo hot tub and the game room for the kids. Also like the attached bar and restaurant.

I didn't like that you had to pay extra for breakfast, I felt like some kind of breakfast should have been included for the price you have to pay for your stay then if you want to "upgrade" your breakfast you pay.

IT WAS A BUSINESS STAY AND WE DID JUST THAT....BUSINESS

THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, CLEAN, AND STOCKED

I LOVED THE PROPERTY HOWEVER WE WEREN'T ABLE TO GET KING ROOMS, WE WERE GIVING 2 QUEEN BEDS PER ROOM. THE STAFF AT THE PROPERTY RESTAURANT WAS AMAZING, THE FOOD HOWEVER WASN'T VERY GOOD, CHICKEN WINGS WERE UNDERCOOKED, THE RIBS WERE OVER COOKED.

We have stayed before and will stay again. One of the best and most convenient family spots in Michigan.

The location is great. The room is perfect—enough space with a kitchenette, a lounge chair, and an office space.

The elevator is a bit of a bottleneck. The hotel is huge but the one elevator picks people up on the way up and down so you find yourself waiting frequently.

There wasn’t any continental breakfast which was a bummer but other than that, everything was great!

Clean comfortable room

I wanted to book a second night. They said no problem. When I checked out,they didn't give me a receipt because I booked through a 3rd party. So, I got my credit card bill and they double charged me. I called and they said for a late arrival. They said they will correct the charge. I am still waiting.

someone played bass out of their car outside so loud it shook the room. Not the hotels fault granted but it went on for hours.

Bar staff wS good while swimming

The hot tub wasn't hot. It felt like we all were taking a Luke warm bath together. No jets either. With probably 15 adults in it and everyone complaining the hot tub was broken. Staff said that's "normal".

The room itself was amazing, and the staff were all super friendly!

The property was very clean and nice!

The only complaint I have is that the jet tub in our room didn't fit 2 comfortably and we couldn't relax like we expected to!

We love the pool and the location. Rooms are comfortable and clean.

When booking the room on booking.com it says breakfast included, however it is a buffet provided by the attached restaurant and you have to purchase it or order off the menu. Not included.

Clean and Relaxing for a short stay.

The room was comfortable. The king suite with the in room bathtub was very relaxing! Breakfast in the neighboring restaurant/bar was delicious and the staff was very friendly and quick. The hotel appeared clean and tidy.

My only complaint was that my room was near the front entrance and the music was playing all night long. I expected it to turn off at some point but it stayed on all night and was able to be heard with the windows closed.

This was by far the BEST hotel experience we've had for a basic room stay!

We LOVED that this hotel had an AWESOME restaurant/bar attached. Both the hotel staff and restaurant staff were friendly and attentive! The bartenders even kept my water glass full!!!! That is rare these days. The food was great! We also loved the hotel room! The beds were very comfortable and the pillows were perfect. We also had control of the room temperature with the thermostat! We like to sleep in a very COOL room and were able to do that!

The hot tub was was being repaired and we couldn't use it. We were disappointed but realize these things happen.
