Clean, Quiet, friendly. Food was decent. Beds could be softer...but then I have a bad back. Loved that there was a starbucks in the lounge.
The water tabs could only be found in the lobby...would have loved some to be in the room. Didn't discover them until the last day. Also, the outside area (smoking area) was locked the entire time we were there. That was disappointing because we wanted to play in the snow.

The quietness and space.
The bathtub water came out brown for a little and I also didn’t like that there were hair strands on the bed and the shower.

The hotel was just ok. There are a lot newer and nicer hotels in the area. This was an older hotel that was remodeled. I still has the same layout as the old hotel. The rooms were nice but a little on the small side.
The room I booked was a suite with a courtyard view. I got a standard room with a view of the parking lot and I-78.

Bed was comfortable
The property was not clean in common areas. My room had no soap or body wash in the room. Music started blaring from the pool at 8:45am.
