Vdara Hotel & Spa at ARIA Las Vegas

Great location, incredible views. Good facilities for pool and fitness. And spa

Whilst room looked a high standard, one lamp didn’t work, the other bedside lamp was “wobbly” The bathroom door locked with no one inside it, and TV kept turning off every 30 seconds.

Proximity to a lot of other hotels and venues. It was clean. It was safe.

I tried the automatic check-in and after 15 or 20 minutes it locked me out, so apparently it’s too hard for some guests to manipulate

We booked a fountain view room and it was amazing. The location of the hotel was perfect with it being centrally located. It was also peaceful in the reception area as there is no noisy casino.

The resort fee is expensive. It basically cost us $55 a day to use the wifi.

We always stay here because it is a larger room in a smoke free hotel.

The tablet in the room was dead. I called the front desk and was told someone would be there in 15 minutes. No show!Three hours later I called again and once again was told someone would be there shortly. Still NO Show! The only way to know the minibar prices was on the tablet. I didn’t realize that the paper coffee cups were part of the minibar. After two days I noticed two $18 charges for the coffee. That was $9 per cup. That was a ridiculous cost for a cup of coffee I have to make! Had the tablet worked I would have known the cost and gone down stairs for a Starbucks coffee a couple of dollars cheaper.
