I love how accommodating the guy at the reception area- sorry I didn’t get his name. I was with my kids, couldn’t figure out how to open the gate in the pool area, he went with us and helped us. I appreciate it when someone goes extra mile. That’s indeed a great customer service!

Front desk staff were friendly and professional.
Our room was humid, the sheets to one of our beds had dog prints on them (which floor was supposed to be a no pet floor, according to staff), our hot water for the shower wasn’t working, and the table that held the keurig seemed like it would break in two the minute something heavier was placed on it. None of these problems were our fault and I have yet to receive my $75 damage deposit back.
