I don’t have anything nice to say at all!!!!!!

We were never more disappointed about our stay and the way we were treated by the manager Esmeralda. We were not notified prior to our visit that their pool and sauna were under repair or renovation? We arrived and found no water and a closed down pool. This pool was very important to us for relaxing and being on vacation. The manager was rude and I have been told it would be weeks to get my refund from Booking.com, and I have had no response at all from the hotel. Esmeralda said even though we didn’t stay an hour she would not refund all of my money. I had to pull resources to go elsewhere and now I am in a budget shortfall because of it!!! I am completely unhappy.

The house keeping was knocked at door at 9:30am and woke me up when check out is not til noon also did it again at 11am was not happy about that

I like that the staff at food court is always friendly! Food is very good! My room was comfortable and clean!

Staff upfront was ok! Better then last time, I went!

Good built & excellent breakfast as well as room cleaningness. Thanks 🙏

Lots of noise headed while slept from next room

There’s is homeless around the are and too close to the entrance specially the back entrance and made feel insecure and unsafe.
