Breakfast never was served
Sofa bed mattress had stains on mattress. Not enough sheets or blankets to prepare for 4 adults when they were made aware 4 would be coming.

The desk clerk was super nice and friendly
The elevator was not working, we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor with all our luggage which was strenuous with my hurt foot, the first room was real hot so they had to switch us rooms. Very inconvenient all the movement especially because the hotels hallways are extremely hot...would not recommend or will not stay again

The elevator selectors were broken, the bathtub water nozzle was broken, the check in clerk was rude upon us asking for a plastic fork. Half of the plugs in the room didn’t work.

Carpet in the room had stains, very noticeable as soon as you walked in the room

There was mold on the ceiling, the jacuzzi tub did not work, there was left over food left in the fridge.

The general manager was friendly & pleasant to work with
The hotel was old & needs updating. The first room I was assigned was infested with roaches, the kind that fly. I went to close the curtain & a roach flew out & scared me. Then it was another roach across the wall but walking along the wall. I complained & was assist new room. The new room had a very loose toilet. The entire thing moved when you sat on it. My sink was slow & took forever to drain. The shower water pressure wasn’t forceful either. Although I didn’t say any, I believe the bed had bed bug’s because I woke up with red raised welps on my back & leg. I again notified management & I am requesting a full refund. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The general manager Cassandra was very nice but everything was terrible.

Breakfast, location and staff were great
I didn’t like the 100$ deposit requirement, my room did not have an iron , I asked for one and it was never brought to my room . The bathroom was out of toilet paper in the downstairs, I advised staff and hours later the toilet paper was not refilled . The TV Did not work in the common area . The elevator button was broken , the lamp and phone in my room did not work.

No syrup we had to go buy our own for the rest of our stay, started LATE,
Customer service is awful, no wire for the phone so I had to keep calling front desk from my own phone, no towels, room service didn’t know we just arrived and came in to clean out our room. Toilet clogged, maintenance was not at work yet so we had to go ask for the plunger and do it ourselves. No blankets in our room. The shuttle service didn’t ever happen even after i requested it, once again from my own phone calling front desk. I asked her where was the phone jack and she said I have no idea. The last night we asked front desk for fresh clean towels and she said they were all still dirty and that she didn’t know how to work the dryer. There was nothing “comfort inn” about this place it was more of a 100% DISCOMFORT!!!!

The location to the airport. Got in super late. After 2 am cause our flight was delayed and left early in the morning back to the airport.
Took a while checking in and the only room they had which we were given was told there might be someone there that hadn't paid for their room and had a balance. So going to the room hoping no one was there sleeping already. Room was dirty. Turned on the lights and seen a few roaches more than once but at 230 in the morning didn't have a whole lot of options. Honestly should of just left and gone and slept at the airport. Would of been better.

I didn’t eat breakfast. I want to enjoy the coffee but, it was bitter. It tasted like the coffee pot wasn’t clean. My mom eat the breakfast and it was ok with her.
Only thing was the elevator was out for the entire stay, and my mom is a elderly disabled lady. It was hard for her to go up and down to the third-floor to the first floor.. other than that it was okay.

The lobby is miss leading. I got in the room. 4 big horse Flys, roaches, n my room smelled like a smoker was in there last. I requested top floor cause people walk hard over my head. I said I sleep light. She put me in a room on the main road. I had to change rooms. I paid for w nights. Left the hotel.

The location was perfect being near the airport but the booking.com info was incorrect. They literally had to find me a room. The room was not tidy. Trash..fingerprints and bugs. I have pictures of all. I sent in a complaint but never received a response. I will not suggest this site to anyone.
Cleanliness of the room. Seeing the dead bug on the floor was a horrible site to see. A large bug at that. I left it on the table for the staff to see as well. No one has contacted me regarding this stay. I am disappointed

they told us at the desk that there was no breakfast available, didn’t offer any choice and refuse to give us a discount on it (even when it was supposed to be included). Room was dirty with some bugs and staff wasn’t very nice
