Staff was very friendly and helpful
Hot tub and pool were closed for maintenance part of the stay. Hot tub only partly worked for remainder of stay

This is a great location to downtown Brighton. We came for the Destination Starz Hollow event. This is our 3rd year at this hotel. It is a good value for the event and comfortable to sleep.
This year, there was a terrible air freshener smell in the lobby. It felt heavy and damp from the pool. Our suite was in the pool area on the second floor.
Worse, pur room was not clean or stocked. Upon entering, the overhead light dodnt work in the ceiling fan. There was a lamp, but the light was dim. The hall light was flickering, we did have it changed and it was fixed. But, our coffee and towels were not replenished and there was a good-sized urine spot on the side of the toilet.

Breakfast good......
Breakfast really needs scrambled eggs, bacon and or sausage!!!! I was also upset that the hottub was not working.
