Overall it was comfortable to stay. Great location, friendly staff.
The Internet wasn't stable, and the speed was only 5mbps with the special code provided.

Very close to the San Jose airport, located right across the street from the Santa Clara University campus, which is beautiful and peaceful. We were at the far end of the building, away from the elevator, on the second (of three) floors, so we used the stairs which was very convenient. Starbucks was right there for our morning coffee. Parking was only $7/day. Windows were double-paned, to keep out the sounds of the trains, I’m guessing, so it was quiet.
We brought flower leis from Hawaii so it was important to have a full sized refrigerator.
My husband has knee issues, so an elevator on our end would have been nice, but we managed.

Check-in was very smooth. We stayed here for 9 days. The room was quiet. When we checked out, the front desk helped store our luggage and then helped load it onto the car for us because we had a lot of luggage. Bank of America and Starbucks are right next door, and it's very close to Caltrain station. It's worth mentioning that there is also a mini-kitchen and tableware for cooking.
