Breakfast and staff.
Non working washing machines for my entire four week stay. Lack of proper cleaning of floors of my room. Had to ask for them to be vacuumed again.

Cleanliness and breakfast food variety.

Breakfast was delicious and different each day. The room was so comfortable and great for both families that went!
Elevator was scary, water was dripping from pipes in the hallway, the paint was chipping in the pool and floating around, and there were lots of areas that needed fixed. The lady making breakfast was a bit standoffish due to some people not knowing how to use a waffle maker.

the suites were nice and roomy
The hotel was under construction. we were up every morning by 7:30am because of the banging on the floor above us. The construction workers spilled a bucket of water that leaked through the floor above us and as a result, the water dripped into our room, getting my daughters bed all wet.
