Springhill Suites by Marriott West Palm Beach I-95

Our stay at Springhill Suites was immaculate!! The staff was beyond courteous from the front desk, to housekeeping, to the breakfast staff...amazing!! Each interaction with staff was met with a pleasant smile and willingness to assist or provide guidance. The hotel is conveniently located where we could access the beach if we wanted to, but we were satisfied with the pool. We were able to get some shopping done at the Mall at Wellington Green. The room was a Queen studio and it was perfect for our stay as me and my partner were visiting relatives and friends in the area. There was more than ample parking on the premises. Breakfast was a very nutritious spread, with different options each day. We look forward to booking future stays at Springhill Suites, WPB for our trips in that area. Every need was met and every expectation exceeded!! Thank you!!

The room was spacious and comfortable

N/A

Clean, comfortable, and large room! Great location, and were checked in by friendly staff upon arrival. Good range of selections for continental breakfast. Free parking in larger cities is also a huge plus.

Nothing!

The fact that ground floor rooms are available (not the case for all hotels, believe it or not...) is a huge plus for those who are claustrophobic or fear elevators... Do ^not^ assume the emergency staircase is readily visible or attainable (may require special code or key for access) - some are literally accessed from the street, ^not^ from within the hotel lobby or corridor... That is the only plus for this hotel, from someone who has traveled throughout her life, in the U.S. and overseas.

The failed attempt to imitate the Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham, while charging the same (or higher) rates...
