Great location!
Tried to check in at 5p.m. Waited in a very long line to be told that our room wasn't ready. The employee took our number and promised to call when the room was ready. Never got a call. Went back at 9 p.m. and had to wait 10 minutes for an employee to even show up at the desk. Finality got to check in. Horrible service. There were 2 other employees that walked by and wouldn't even acknowledge us. Bery disappointed. We stayed here in June and had no problems.

Great location and nice sized, clean room. Staff was very friendly and helpful, even letting us check in a little early.
There’s no fan in the bathroom, which I’ve never seen before in a hotel, but that minor thing was the only negative.

The check in people were friendly & helpful. Valet did well. It was conveniently located.
For the cost of the room I was thoroughly disappointed in the cleanliness of the hallways. Our fireplace never worked even atfter being looked at. There was what appeared to be a dead centipede that they said was a burn mark in the microwave, however anyone that sees the picture says it’s a DEAD COOKED BUG.
There’s nothing in the room that lets you know to start the ice maker which was inconvenient as there’s NO ice machines in building for public. The juice machine at breakfast was broken. I feel they could have provided another alternative solution for that.
