Hola!! Nos quedamos 11 noches con la familia y todos los dias era el mismo desayuno ☹️

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle to the park was great, Charles the driver was very kind and helpful. I can’t say enough about the lady at the front desk, i unfortunately don’t recall her name, but I left something in the room when we checked out. I called the hotel and she immediately went to the room and retrieved the items while on the phone with me. This meant the world to me as the items were irreplaceable. Thanks to all the staff to making our stay so enjoyable.

Location to Busch gardens

No restaurant or bar

It was convenient and the beds were comfortable.

Our room unfortunately was dirty when we checked in.

The staff here are amazing. We travel with our 4 yr old grandson and the staff couldn't be nicer to him. From the front desk staff to the shuttle driver they are amazing.

Breakfast and the room is clean

Close to Bush Gardens.

Bathroom.

Nice breakfast...shuttle to the park is excellent.

Main door make noise when open/close (to close to the floor - room 414).
