The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I loved the location, laid back environment and Mountain View! Plus, the hotel felt much like home! I will definitely be returning here!

The room was not in condition to receive a guest. shower soap and shampoo dispenser detached from wall left on floor. Zero towels for guest in room. had to re-dress and walk to lobby after long road trip.

Check in was quick, employees there had great customer service. It was nice and peaceful. Didn't hear to much from outside which was great.

Just wish we were able to have rooms next door to each other but the associate up front explained the issue. It was a very busy weekend for them.

I asked one of the employees if i needed to have them check the room before we checked out..and she told us no you can leave the bed unmade and the dirty towels on the floor also if you have time you can take out the trash..who says that..like seriously..no house keeping every day because they dont do that if you stay multiple nights..then she tells me to take out my trash
