The staff was exceptional and truly made our stay memorable. Everyone was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, especially the breakfast team. A special thank you to Chef Khan, who spoiled us every morning at the egg and omelet station, and to Viviana, who greeted us each day with a wonderful smile.
The resort is beautiful, relaxing, and very family-friendly. Even though the property was undergoing renovations, the hotel did an excellent job minimizing the impact, and our overall experience remained outstanding.
There are a few operational details that could be improved. During our week-long stay, the turndown service was sometimes inconsistent, and the handling of guest package deliveries could be better organized. Communication regarding temporary pool closures during summer storms could also be clearer, especially letting guests know when the pool has reopened.
These were relatively minor issues, but addressing them would make an already excellent experience even better.

Almost everything
The noise around the pool
Since the water park it’s become rather hectic.
A quiet adult area would be nice.
