Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Twentynine Palms by IHG

Camera pulita e spaziosa. letti molto grandi e comodi. Colazione molto buona

Stanza rumorosa: una parte dell'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione e i lavori sono iniziati presto al mattino...

The room was spacious, clean and silent. Great shower and roomy bathroom. Comfortable, big bed. Ample free parking

The breakfast area has the charm, warmth and ambiance of a third world hospital (with all due respect for the latter). A very sterile setting with a sad buffet that in theory was like its sister hotel in La Jolla, but much worse in terms of offerings and attention to detail. Milk, fruit juice etc were re missing. No decent bread was available. Getting a tea or coffee required walks from the buffet to the opposite side of the hall which does not really make sense, except for a saving of an additional coffee station in the breakfast area.

Struttura sempre e rinnovata di recente.

Arredo freddo. Prezzo alto.

The room was great, and I really enjoyed the amenities onsite. The breakfast was pretty good, and I especially loved the coffee machine. The staff were super friendly.

I paid extra to stay at this location instead of staying elsewhere because I expected more. However, if I had known there would be construction going on, I would have stayed elsewhere. I tried to sleep in, but I was woken up at 6:30am by a ton of construction noise right outside my room. I understand that the work needs to be done, and it’s probably better to do it early in the morning because of the heat, but 6:30am still felt way too early.
