The staff was pleasant

The hallways were dirty and the room was also not cleaned well. Beds were lumpy and old. Bathroom tub was extremely old.

First of all, the room was horrible. While it was generally clean, the shower area was terribly moldy and the ceiling in the shower was peeling with a hole in it! It disgusting. Furthermore, the hotel experienced a bit of an emergency caused by an accumulation of dust in the air vents somewhere on the first floor. The building had to be evacuated, which seemed to go smoothly. Guests vacated and stood outside the building in the covered area. The fire department must not have been called for some time because they only arrived ~20 minutes after the fire alarm rang out in the building. In addition, we observed NO LEADERSHIP from the hotel manager during the evacuation. There was NO ONE on the first floor to guide guests out of the building nor did anyone communicate with guests during the crisis. At one point, two staff (not in uniform) asked those seated inside to go outside. That was the extent of our interactions with the hotel staff until the fire department finally arrived. Fortunately, the fire fighters took control of the scene at that point. I was deeply disappointed in the Doubletree staff. Lastly, when it was time to check out, there was no attendant at the front desk. I dropped off my card and departed. I guess this is the new model of service.

I liked the staff. Very friendly and attentive.

The room was horrible. First of all we had a sliding door on our bathroom that did not close properly. There was no where to hang our towels. The shower knob was trying to fall off. You had to hold it down to move it and make it work. I do not like how you must enter the shower from the front and it’s bolted down so that you can’t enter through the back. Also there was no deadlock on the door and I was in the basement and I’m a woman. I felt like I was in 3rd class on the sinking Titanic. Oh and no one explained when I got there that I had to call for clean up but at least the staff gave me more towels. I have stayed at the doubletree before and had a great experience this time I did not.

Front staff was absolutely incredible and welcoming. Good work!

The bartender was really nice she helped my wife pick out something and it was amazing.

Bathroom was smaller then mentioned,supposed to be heated pool and wasnt,the lady that checked us in was rude,restaurant was so pricey we went somewhere else to eat,parking was so packed from a conference we had to walk from another parking lot,the snack room was crap 5.50 for a small bag of chips so we had to go somewhere else.so i basically wasted 200 dollars on this for my anniversary and will definitely not go back.

The bathroom was far too tight. The bars of the sink were broken because of that and the door hit you every time you sat on the toilet you couldn’t close the door unless you squeezed all the way in the corner of the bathroom yet there was room in the room for the bathrooms have been a foot or more bigger. The Hotel overcharged me by $31 over the fee in my email confirmation and they have yet to fix it.

It was a very nice hotel, location was good as well

No one cleaned the room, the hot water was ok warm - but not as hot as I like
