The breakfast was very good. The bed was very comfortable.
We had a 3rd floor room overlooking the pool area and there was a group of young men partying it up till after midnight therefore keeping us awake.

Front desk staff was efficient and friendly. Location was perfect for our needs. The grounds are nicely kept.
Previous guest hair in our shower.
The TV HDMI cable was not plugged into the TV and was laying across the dresser. Still a mystery how a housekeeper could not see that. Anyhow - the front desk agent came to the room and sorted it out.
With the exception of the waffle makings, the cooked portion of the breakfast was crap. Literally unrecognizable as edible food. Luckily, the coffee, juice, muffins/scones and such were good enough.

The front desk clerk at check-in was a 10 out of 10. Very personable and didn’t hesitate to move us to a new room when there was a noxious odor coming from the bathroom.
The mattress appeared to be worn out or was of very poor quality. Also, didn’t like the hallways nor elevators not being air conditioned. Lastly, breakfast was woefully inadequate compared to other similar positioned hotels.
