Shuttle service from airport to property
Website states property provides shuttle to cruise port - property no longer does this and it was very disappointing to learn upon ARRIVAL this service is no longer available. It was one of the main reasons property was selected. We had to arrange alternate travel to port and incur additional charges.

The staff was amazing and helpful. They were very understanding when our family event would require access to the garage after checking out. The food and service at the restaurant was excellent. They remembered our order and gave us the same seat each time we came in.
The elevators broke down which was a mild inconvenience. We were able to use the service elevator to exit.

Convenient location, swimming pool, clean
Cost was ridiculous for what was received. 580 dollars for ONE night….mental. The lines to the desk at the facility were also bad, we waited maybe 20 minutes every time we needed something.
