Wonderful size!. It was me and 2 more friends. Very very very comfortable, the kitchenet, the freezer, sink, tv, desk, bath, everything works good (do not expect new appliances, but all are in good shape).
Great location in Richardson, several options to eat and walk.

Cleanliness
We must talk to the housekeeping and the administration for vacuum, sheets... But they solved quickly.
The room smelled as someone smoked there.... and we ask for a none smoking room.
There is an issue with mosquito (s)... ask extra electric repellent (Don't know if the area has mosquitoes, or if is really the hotel)
Administration should invest in customer service training for their day shift front desk staff regarding attention (a little bit of kindness and problem solving is always good for the business). Night front desk staff it was good
Definitely, the sofa bed needs an urgent urgent renovation.
Breakfast works (is quite basic)... don't expect a great buffet....
