I always stay on Holiday because of the price, location and comfort

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean. The parking lot was clean as well.

The shower head had low pressure. The pillows were too soft. Need firmer pillows

No Drawer space. Lack of clothes hangers but this is typical with most all hotels.

The room was clean, and the staff kept it that way for the duration of our stay. Parking was free and plentiful. There was no iron in the room, but a staff member quickly brought one to us.

The hotel is out-of-date and needs renovations. The in-room refrigerator wheezed and groaned around the clock. The breakfast was small and flavorless, and the elevator creaked and popped so loudly that we routinely took the stairs. There was a strong, persistent odor in our hallway as well as the stairwell- something like burning plastic. The outside door to the stairwell was never locked and did not require a key card for entry, and this was worrisome because a group of young men congregated outside that door several evenings in a row during our stay. These guys hung out talking to a car full of men who parked in the lot one day. Security is apparently not a top concern.

The house keeper( little older lady) was super sweet when she did finally show up

When we first got there they mixed up our room and we were trying to get into a room that was already occupied. Got that fixed. Then the next day we left for the day and got back later in the evening and our room wasn't cleaned. Still had the same trash that made the room smell and no towels. We called to get new towels and when we called the housekeeper he just laughed and said it would be awhile. So I found a cart and grabbed some fresh towels.

Bath tub was somewhat slippery an extra hand towel would have been helpful The floor above was quite creaky, but understand the age of the hotel, but it was quiet at night when everyone settled

We requested a non smoking room. The room smelled like some one has smoked in there. Also the mattress was too soft.

The toilet ran all night, someone above me did 1 hour of exerts ice or some jumping at 4-5 am the noise was terrible no one could have slept through that noise. The room was hot could not get the air to work properly, had to change it several times. For my stay there, I had hope for a nice sleep, but who can sleep with running water going on all the time. I had to try and fix the toilet my self row times, after that I just gave up. It was not a pleasant say and I will not choose this hotel again and I fly into Tucson a lot.

Breakfast was good

Breakfast are better than higher rated hotels.
