Nothing…..The property was a dump!!!

I went on line and booked a ocean view and my view was a filthy breezeway…. a nasty elevator and a view that was blocking the ocean. There was construction which gave a horrible sight for a stay in the hotel. This place was a dump!!!! The hotel room was horrible I should’ve known when the handed me a key and not a key card.

The elevators was old and slow. Everything needs to be up graded. Our door to balcony wouldn’t lock. The floor wasnt sweeped good. Stuff was under one of the beds. Carpet that goes in bathroom was ripped. Not enough electrical outlets to plug stuff in. Lamps by the beds didnt work i guess bulbs was blowed. When taking a shower didnt have very good water pressure coming out.

Electric Plugs didn't work, shower head didn't work, I had small children and they gave me a room with a spa tub. One of the keys given to me didn't work.

The pool was disgusting, check in took over 40 minutes, I had 228 held on my card and then was charged instead of having that hood released, so I’m fighting for my money back I was never meant to be charged and it’s really frustrating

It wasn't disclosed that the indoor pool area was closed for renovation in booking or at check-in. We would have booked another hotel. They was demolishing one of their four buildings which started at 6/7am. It was right outside our door loud and debris was everywhere, it shook our building. This was supposed to be a peaceful wee and give me serious anxiety. Was also charged additional fees when got there, plus the security deposit.

Nothing! The entire place should be shut down. So dirty and everything was torn up. Including the bed sheets. The door on the side of the hotel was torn off & wide open.

We didn't like anything about it at all. The beds are shot & the whole place is run down & falling apart.

I didn't like how I was approached by a maintenance worker all because me and my daughter went to the pool area a little early .we didn't see the sign at the time stating what time the pool was going to open . When he comes to me he was very rude and I just didn't appreciate that. With an attitude like that I will not be staying there anymore if I can help i

I received 10 need bug bites, and complained. The front door ground level was lost in hurricane Ian, Sept 2022 and has never been replaced. No security here.

Lazy river did not work, hot tubs were dirty, beds were falling apart, miss the indoor pool they used to have, missed the ice and vending.
